Abstract:
The Renewal Retreat, An Evening of Workshops, was held on Thursday, January 31st, 2008. Students were welcomed by Girls Like Us, Inc. CEO and Executive Director, Pamela Gray, as she asked, "What's your mission?" Members of the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program Advisory Board organized the retreat for students to take advantage of training on time management and organization, surrounding one's self with positive people and managing stress by working with others....

"The members of the Program Advisory Board are considering offering workshops on topics such as "How to Invest Your Financial Aid Refund," "Budgeting Your Money," "The 411 on Registration" and "Finding Balance in Your Life as a College Student and Parent." These workshops will be held between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm in the Center for Student Success. Please call 351.2749 for more information regarding the upcoming workshops."
It is really nice that they offer these type of workshops.
